Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. “Donner” meat was absolutely disgusting, couldn’t eat it. Pakora was rock hard and way overcooked. It all went in the bin. No issues with the service or delivery

Hello guys and dolls, I hope you are all doing well. Happy Ramadan. My food, was hot and fresh and delicious as always. The, delivery was supper fast. I, paid an extra £1.00 for cheese on my chips and never got the cheese not to worry maybe next time. Have, a great evening and weekend.

The service was really easy to use and delivery was super fast and arrived within 20 mins of the order being placed. Unfortunately the chicken was border line raw - no charring on it and it was cold to the touch and very pink when cut open.

Fillet of fish very thin, mostly batter. Donner meat was very peppery. Burger was not good. Wasn’t expecting as prices were more expensive than anywhere else in Troon. Was first time ordering here and won’t be back

Omd what an absolute laugh, Troon Chippy has its own app so I go onto the app to order fried chicken and chips and a hamburger supper with cheese and curry over the chips. Well, I told my partner what I had ordered too minutes later I’m on the phone to change the order from fried chicken and chips to fish and chips. So I phoned, and the guy confirmed that would be okay to change the order so thumbs up we were happy. Well, the order came and they sent fried chicken instead of the fish and chips so I phoned the restaurant and I spoke with the same guy he says oh no I’m so sorry I will send you up fish and chips I said okay no worries thank you. The next thing, the door gets chapped same delivery guy he sent up a wee tiny piece of fish no chips so I’m back onto the shop he then sent up one piece of fish and chips. Omd the delivery guy was so confused what was going on as he kept coming to the same address three times hilarious so I explained it to the driver he was pissing himself laughing. The food was hot and fresh and it was lovely, my partner didn’t eat the fried chicken I did and it was delicious.

I selected a specific time and it came 40 minutes early. The delivery guy took it back and brought fresh food at the right time. 👍🏻
